With the the end of the season in sight , the question has been how much have we grown this year ?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Agscope North West results (From Grazing platforms across Lancashire and Cumbria ), <\/p>\n\n\n\n

the total grown is 10.9 T\/DM\/Ha so we are compared with last years number of 11.7 t\/DM\/HA approx 7% behind , so if you need grass in you’re system in any way make sure you have enough forage in the clamp this winter because it could be tight. Sunlight has been a premium this year and along with a hang over from last winter has surely had a effect on the total grown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
